Tests on the Mark IV terminal for the Plateau de Bure Observatory have been successfully completed in June, 2002, at Grenoble with the external help of Dave Graham and Salvador Sanchez.

Then it has been packed for the road to Superdevoluy:
The maser, too has been carefully protected:
Unfortunately the whole equipment has been forced to stay there one week waiting for safe meteorogical conditions.
Eventually it was flown on the 19th of July:
" Eagle has landed"
The terminal and the maser are now safely installed in their final location.
