The Annual Report for 2003 is now available both in printed and in
electronic form. The latter can be retrieved from
http://www.iram.fr/IRAMFR/ARN/AnnualReports/IRAM_2003.pdf. As usual,
many people have contributed to the writing of this report. They are
mentioned in the document. I would like add here the name of Michael
Bremer who played a crucial role during the final editing phase, and
who prepared the electronic version.
