Take the shuttle bus of the
company "Cars Fauré" (SATOBUS) leaving between Terminal 1
and Terminal 2 (at the departure
level). Tickets can be bought either at the counter in the entrance
hall, or directly from the driver. The return ticket is cheaper than two
one-way tickets. The trip to Grenobles takes roughly 1 hour and stops at
the central bus station next the railway

Geneva airport "Cointrin":
Take a train from the airport to the Geneva Cornavin central station (about every 15 minutes) where you can find a train to Grenoble (the train to Grenoble takes about 2 hours, its frequency is quite low (4 per day). Please check the SNCF schedule .

From the Grenoble central train & bus station, you
may either walk (15 minutes) or take the
tram lines A (direction Denis Papin) or B (direction
Universités). Get out at the second tram
stop, "Gambetta", and walk into the rue Thiers
(see below).
Tram tickets have to be bought at a dispenser at the stations,
and to be stamped before entering
the tram.

downtown hotels ( Splendid,
Victoria, Trianon).
Please have a look at the
