Registration

Registration is free of charge but the school can accept only up to 60 participants. We thus encourage you to register as soon as possible:  please fill in the registration form, and send it by Email to IRAM scientific secretary (berjaud-at-iram.fr).  The deadline for inscriptions is September 1st 2008.


Travel arrangements
Participants have to make their own travel arrangements to Grenoble. A few information how to reach IRAM headquarters are available here.
Hotels

IRAM has made group reservation in several hotels:

All hotels are located in Grenoble downtown, close to all kind of restaurants and to the tram line that can be used to reach IRAM on the University campus. IRAM will do room assignement according to what is indicated in the registration form.  If you have a strong preference for one of the hotel, please let us know.
 

Funding Policy

We have limited funding possibilities to support travel and lodging of participants. Please indicate in the registration form whether you wish to apply for such funding. Given the limited budget available, we will have to select the participants that are supported, and we are therefore asking you to send us a CV in that case. The deadline for applying for travel support is June 15th 2008.

In no way we can guarantee a financial support, and you are therefore invited to ask your home institution for a travel grant in any case. If your participation is granted a financial support, please note the following rules :
  • We can only support individuals from the European Community and the Associated States (EU FP6 rules applied by RadioNet).
  • Hotel costs are only funded on the basis of a shared double room, including a continental breakfast, from 2008 October 5 (arrival) to October 11 (departure). Any extension will be at your own cost.
