to do list: how to put a new Call on the web

* generate the latex files on DELL sched/call/s08
  not including bure part
  rename the master file w07.tex -> s08.tex
  do not use `:' in labels, references

* compile the master file s08.tex:    compile s08.tex
  make sure that html.sty is available
  check if the ps file is correct
  generate also a gz version

* now work on  iralx5: netapp1/www/html/GENERAL/calls/
  create a subdirectory s08
  transfer the Dell s08 subdirectory to iralx5: GENERAL/calls/s08
  including the s08.aux, etc !

* edit the Rx table 
  remove the @{}

* copy images from previous semester
  up.png, up_g.png, ,next, prev.png, prev_g.png 
  also:   .latex2html-init

* edit s08.html
  - remove symbols on top page: next.png, up.png
  - copy from w07.html all in bewteen the two <HR> 
    i.s links to ps, ps.gz calls, links to sty tex template.
  - demote bibliography
