The astronomer's group welcomes a new member: On January 1st 2003, Jan Martin WINTERS has joined IRAM Grenoble. Besides continuing his work on dust and circumstellar envelopes, he will observe occasionally as an astronomer on duty with the PdBI and participate in the atmospheric phase correction project.
