More flexible narrow band continuum pointing mode

The narrow band continuum pointing mode has been changed. It can be used with the 1 MHz filter bank only and provides selectable band widths from 2 MHz to 32 MHz in steps of 2 MHz. This allows to choose the band width for the signal according to the velocity width of the emission (of an SiO maser for example). The syntax to select this pointing mode is:
CONTINUUM nnn SWITCH/RECEIVER rx
where nnn is the selected band width in MHz plus 100 and can be between 102 and 132 (in steps of 2). 102 means a bandwidth of 2 MHz, 104 of 4 MHz etc.

The 100 kHz filter bank cannot be used for narrow band continuum pointing.
