During winter conditions the transport
between Granada and the 30m telescope
cannot be as flexible as during summer. We ask observers to take this
into account when planning their trips to the 30m telescope, and allow
for delays.
The following table gives the transport times when the
ratrac is used (i.e. when the Sierra Nevada is covered by snow):
Transport to and from the 30m telescope: Winter schedule
(typically Nov -- May, depending on snow conditions).
Person transport (morning hours) may be available after
contact and agreement with IRAM Granada (Javier Lobato).
