The deadline
for
registration was September 15. Late registrations are still possible
and will be considered on a best-effort basis without any guarantee.
Registration
is free of charge. Please fill in the registration
form, and send it to us either by Email to berjaud![[at]](at.gif) iram.fr, or by FAX to

| Funding Policy
|
As opposed to 2002, this year's interferometry school
will
not be funded by the European Commission. We thus invite all
particitipants to get funding from their home (or other) institution.
If you want to limit your expenses, we can book a
shared hotel room for you (please indicate this on the registration
form). Only in cases of force majeure, we may award partial funding to
cover the hotel costs. For this, only registrations with the
documents we asked for (CV, a letter of recommendation, and a list of
scientific publications) are considered.
In no way we can guarantee a financial support, and you may want to ask
your home institution for a travel grant if you want to make sure that
your participation does not imply a substantial personal financial
contribution.
If your participation is granted a financial support, please note the
following rules :
- Hotel costs are only funded on the basis of a shared
double
room, including a continental breakfast (see below for the rates), from
2004 November 21 (arrival) to November 27 (departure). Any extension
(for booking please contact the hotel directly) will be at your own
cost.
- If you prefer a single room, we may ask you for a
personal
financial contribution.
- If you make your own appointment for lodging, hotel
costs
are either reimbursed on the basis of the real costs, or the rate for a
shared double room in the Splendid Hotel, whatever is less. You will
have to present a bill in that case.

| Cancellation Policy
|
| Prior
to the registration deadline
(September 15), you can cancel your registration for any reason. After
that deadline, we ask you to cancel only in a case of force
majeure,
and to notify us as
soon as possible (EMail or FAX to Mrs. Cathy Berjaud). We cannot
exclude a personal contribution to part of the hotel costs in case of
late cancellation. |
