Access to IRAM France

From Paris - Gare de Lyon railway station
There are approximately 6 TGVs per day (both ways). The journey lasts 3 hours and costs (depending on the class) from min. 32€ (2nd class) to max. 153 € (1st class). Booking on the SNCF webpage.
 

From Lyon Saint-Exupery airport to Grenoble
There are shuttle buses going from Lyon Saint-Exupery to Grenoble (and vice versa) managed by the company OUIBUS.
 The journey lasts about one hour. Ticket price from 15 € (one way). Take the bus at the airport's arrival level. The tickets can be bought online on the OUIBUS website. 
There are buses to Grenoble from 5.30am to 0.35am approximately every hour. From Grenoble to Lyon airport, the first bus leaves at 4am every hour until 9pm. The final stop is the Grenoble bus station close to the railway and tram station. For detailed information, please refer to the OUIBUS website.
 

From Geneva Cointrin airport
There are shuttle buses going from Geneva Cointrin airport to Grenoble (and vice versa) managed by the company OUIBUS.
 There are six buses per day, first bus leaves Geneva airport at 10.30am, last at 11.45pm. From Grenoble, first bus leaves at 3am, last at 3.30pm. Fares vary from 25€ to 31€ (one way). For detailed information and tickets, please refer to the OUIBUS website.
There is also a direct connection by train between Geneva and Grenoble. Take a train from the airport to Geneva Cornavin central station (about 15 minutes) where you can find a train to Grenoble. However, the frequency of the trains is low (2 direct trains per day).
 

From Grenoble railway station
Use tram line B from the railway station to the campus of St Martin d'Hères. Tickets should be bought from a dispenser and stamped before entering the tram.
Get off at Les Taillées (after having crossed first the highway, then the river Isère). Approximate duration: 20 minutes. There are trams about every 10 minutes. Walk to IRAM at 300 Rue de la Piscine. Download a map of the city center
 

On the campus
Walk along the street Rue de la Piscine to go to IRAM (number 300). It is only a 5 minutes walk from the tram stop Les Taillées, direction north/east. Download a map of the campus
